At Waxwing Yarn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We happily accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the yarn is in its original, unwound condition.

How to Return or Exchange Your Yarn:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to orders@waxwingyarn.com.
  2. Include Order Details: In your email, include your order number and indicate whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. If requesting an exchange, please specify the item you’d like in return.
  3. Find Your Order Number: You can find the order number in your Waxwing Yarn website account or confirmation email.
